Privacy Policy

Agent Limits shows usage-limit information from compatible services you already use. We operate no backend for the app, include no analytics, and require no account with us. This policy explains what the app accesses, stores, and transmits.

Summary

What the desktop app accesses

To display limits, the desktop app can reuse sessions that compatible developer tools have already created on your computer. It may read an existing access credential into memory solely to request current usage information directly from the service you use. It does not copy, refresh, rotate, or rewrite credentials managed by another tool.

If you choose optional device sign-in for a supported service, the credential created for Agent Limits is stored in the operating system's device-only secure credential store. Requests go directly from your computer to the selected service and remain subject to that service's own terms and privacy policy.

What is stored on your devices

The app does not log raw service responses, access credentials, or refresh credentials.

What is transmitted

What we do not collect

We do not receive names, email addresses, account credentials, device identifiers, IP addresses, precise location, contacts, usage analytics, diagnostics, or advertising identifiers from the app. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data for advertising or profiling, and we do not perform automated decision-making about you.

External services

The app includes no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. It communicates only with services you choose to connect and with built-in device-platform features needed for private storage, background delivery, widgets, and communication between your devices. Those independent services process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Security and retention

Pairing secrets and optional sign-in credentials stay in secure storage on your devices. Usage snapshots contain no service credentials. Cached snapshots remain until replaced, unpaired, or removed with the app. Private wake records remain until you unpair devices, delete them through your platform settings, or remove the app's private storage area.

Your choices and rights

You can stop local sharing by unpairing your devices, remove cached data by deleting the app, revoke a connected session in the relevant service, and remove the app's private cloud area through your platform settings. Because we do not receive or maintain an account-level copy of your personal data, there is no user profile for us to access, export, correct, or delete. You may still contact us with any privacy question.

Children

Agent Limits is a developer utility and is not directed to children under 13. The app does not send us personal information from any user, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new last-updated date. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
